Delete your Bingo Rush 25 account

You can delete your Bingo Rush 25 account and personal data at any time, in the app or by email. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Bingo Rush 25.
- Tap Profile at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap the gear icon (Settings) at the top right of your profile card.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Tap Delete to confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. The app then starts fresh with a new, empty guest account.
Option 2: Ask us by email (if you no longer have the app)
Send an email to abcvidspro@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Bingo Rush 25 account", and include:
- your friend code (shown under your name on the Profile screen), or the Google email address you linked to the game, and
- your display name, if you remember it.
To protect you, please send the email from the Google address linked to the account if you can. If you can't, we may ask you one or two questions to check the account is yours. We delete the account within 7 days of confirming the request, and email you when it's done.
What is deleted
- Your display name (replaced with "Deleted player" in old match results)
- Your Google sign-in link and email address
- Your country or region
- The device keys that sign your phone in, and all sign-in sessions
- Your notification (push) tokens
- Your friends list and friend requests
- Your coins, gems, items, level and progress. They can no longer be used and are not refunded.
What is kept, and why
Some records are kept without your name, email or Google account, linked only to a random player ID that no longer belongs to anyone:

Information held by Google (Google Play, AdMob) and RevenueCat about your purchases or ads is kept under their own policies. To reset your advertising ID, go to your phone's settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). To remove the game's access to your Google account, go to myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps & services.
