Bingo Rush 25 — Privacy Policy
Effective date: 27 October 2026
This policy explains what information the game Bingo Rush 25 (listed on Google Play as "Bingo 1-25: Multiplayer Bingo") collects, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Bingo Rush 25 is made by Tikogames, based in India ("we", "us").
Bingo Rush 25 is a separate app from the tikogames.com website. It has its own accounts, servers and coins.

1. The short version
- You can play without giving us your name, email or phone number. A guest account is created automatically.
- If you choose "Save progress with Google", we receive your Google account ID and email address. That is all we get from Google.
- We never see your card or bank details. Google Play handles all payments.
- The app shows ads from Google AdMob. Google may use your device's advertising ID to choose ads. You can change this under Profile → Settings → Ad privacy choices.
- You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete my account, or by emailing us.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Display name you choose (shown to other players). If you don't choose one, the game gives you one.
- Avatar, frame, board theme and other cosmetic choices.
- Friend requests you send or accept, and reports you make about other players.
- Messages you send us by email (for example a support request), including your email address.
Information created when you play
- Account identifiers: a random player ID and a short public "friend code" (shown on your profile and used in invite links).
- Game progress: level, XP, coins, gems, items you own, quests, achievements, daily-reward streak, league and weekly-rank results, event progress, and a full history of coin and gem changes.
- Match records: which matches you played, the room, entry fee, numbers called, lines completed, result and payout. Your board stays secret from other players until the match ends.
- Invites: which player invited you, if you joined through an invite link.
Information from your device
- A device key. To keep your guest account safe, the app creates a random secret and keeps it in your phone's secure storage. We store only a scrambled (hashed) copy, which can't be turned back into the key.
- Technical details: device platform (Android, iPhone or web), app version and, if your device provides it, your country or region.
- Push notification token, only if you allow notifications. It lets us send match, friend and reward notifications.
- IP address. Our servers see your IP address when the app connects. We use it to protect the service (for example, to limit repeated sign-in attempts). It may appear in our server logs for a short time.
If you sign in with Google (optional)
- Your Google account ID and email address, so you can restore your progress on a new phone. We do not get your Google password, contacts or anything else from your Google account.
Purchases
- When you buy coins, gems, a Starter Pack, Remove Ads or a Legend pack of cosmetic items, Google Play processes the payment. We receive a purchase record: the product, price, currency, time, a store transaction ID and whether it was later refunded. We never receive your card, UPI or bank details.
Ads
- Ads in the app are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location (worked out from your IP address) and information about how you interact with ads. Google uses this to show ads, measure them and prevent fraud. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
- When you watch a rewarded video, AdMob sends our server a signed confirmation that includes your random player ID, so we can give you the reward.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera.
3. Why we use it

We use your information because you asked us to provide the game (by installing and playing it), because you consented (for example to notifications, personalised ads or Google sign-in), or because the law requires it. You can withdraw consent at any time (see section 7).
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the game, and only as much as they need:
- Railway (Railway Corporation) — hosts our game servers and database. Servers are in Singapore.
- Google — Google Play (app distribution and payments), Google AdMob (ads), Google Sign-In (optional), and Firebase Cloud Messaging (delivering notifications on Android).
- RevenueCat — checks and records in-app purchases. It receives your random player ID and purchase details, not your name or email.
- Expo (650 Industries) — delivers push notifications and app updates. It receives your push token and basic device information.
Other players can see your display name, avatar, frame, level, friend code, emotes and reactions you send, and match results. They cannot see your email, Google account or purchases.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect players or the service from fraud or harm, or as part of selling or merging the business (in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
5. Where it is stored
Our servers are in Singapore. Our service providers may process information in other countries, including the United States. We use providers that protect information with industry-standard safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
- Your account and game progress: while your account exists.
- Server logs (which can include IP addresses): a short time, normally a few weeks.
- When you delete your account, we remove your display name, Google link, email address, country, device keys, push tokens, friends and sign-in sessions straight away. We keep coin, gem, purchase and match records, linked only to a random player ID with no name or email, because we need them for refunds, fraud prevention, fair leaderboards and tax and accounting law. See the delete-account page for details.
- Support emails: as long as needed to help you, and then up to 3 years in case the same issue comes up again.
7. Your choices and rights
- See or correct your information: your profile, progress and history are shown in the app. You can change your display name in Profile → Settings. For a copy of your data, email us.
- Delete your account: in Profile → Settings → Delete my account, or by email (how).
- Ads: change your ad consent in Profile → Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings (on Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). Buying "Remove ads" stops the between-match ads.
- Notifications: turn them off in the app settings or your phone's settings.
- Google sign-in: you can remove Bingo Rush 25's access at any time from your Google account (myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps & services).
- Withdraw consent, raise a complaint or nominate someone to act for you if you die or can't act yourself: email us at abcvidspro@gmail.com.
We reply to requests within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm the account is yours (for example by telling us your friend code and the email linked to it) before acting.
If you live in India and are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If you live elsewhere, you may have similar rights under your local law, and you can contact us to use them.
8. Children
Bingo Rush 25 is not designed for children and is meant for people 13 and older. If you are under 18, please use the app only with the permission of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 is using the app, email us and we will delete the account.
9. Security
Connections between the app and our servers are encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in keys and tokens are stored in scrambled (hashed) form, sign-ins expire and are rotated, and access to our admin tools is limited to a small team, protected by passwords and two-step sign-in, and every change is logged. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information. If a data breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game or the law changes. We will change the effective date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
