Hangman

Hangman is the classic word-guessing game, now as a race. Everyone in the room gets the same secret word. Guess letters one at a time: right letters fill the gaps, wrong ones add a piece to the drawing. Six wrong guesses and you're out for that word.

The fastest solvers score the most points, so think quickly. After every word you see its meaning, so you learn something new as you play.

1. Start a game: create a room and invite friends, tap Quick match, or play vs bots.
2. Pick a category and the number of rounds in the room settings.
3. Guess letters: tap the keyboard (or type). Right letters appear in the word; each wrong letter adds a part to the drawing.
4. Don't run out: 6 wrong guesses and you're out for that word. A 💡 hint fills in a letter but costs a life.
5. Score: solving gives 50 points, +10 for each life left and up to +100 for speed. Not solved? 3 points for each letter you found.
6. Win: the most points after all the rounds wins.
