Bingo Rush 25 — Terms of Service

Effective date: 27 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Tikogames, based in India ("we", "us"), for the mobile game Bingo Rush 25 (listed on Google Play as "Bingo 1-25: Multiplayer Bingo"), including its servers and features (the "Game"). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

Bingo Rush 25 is separate from the tikogames.com website. Accounts, coins and items in one don't carry over to the other.

1. Who can play

• You must be 13 or older.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you and is responsible for your use of the Game, including any purchases.
• You may not play if we have banned you before, or if the law where you live doesn't allow it.

2. Your account

• A guest account is created when you first open the Game. It is tied to your phone. If you uninstall the Game or lose your phone without linking Google, you may lose your progress. Link Google in Profile → Settings to keep it safe.
• Keep your phone and Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One person, one account for competitive play. Don't sell, trade, share or buy accounts.
• Choose a display name that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonating someone, or advertising. We may change names that break this rule.

3. Coins, gems and items (virtual items)

• Coins, gems, board themes, effects, avatars, frames, emotes, reactions and other in-game items are virtual items for use only in the Game. They have no real-world money value.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, sold, or transferred to anyone else or outside the Game, and we will never pay out real money or real-world prizes for them.
• When you get a virtual item (by playing or buying it), you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it in the Game. You don't own it.
• We may change how virtual items work, their prices and rewards, or retire items, for example to balance the game. We will try to be fair to players when we do.
• Virtual items are lost if your account is deleted or banned, or if the Game ends (see section 10).

4. Matches, rooms and prizes

• In quick matches each player pays an entry fee in coins. The winner (or winners, who share) receives the pot, minus a 10% house fee. This uses only virtual coins.
• The Game does not offer real-money gambling or chances to win real money or prizes. Weekly rank, league and event prizes are virtual items only.
• If not enough people are online, empty seats may be filled by computer players, which are always labelled "COMPUTER".
• Private rooms with a code are free, have nothing at stake, and don't count towards ranks.
• The Lucky Wheel and mystery chests give random virtual rewards. The odds are shown in the Game.
• Match results are decided by our server. If a match is affected by a technical problem, we may cancel it, return entry fees or adjust results, and our records decide.

5. Purchases

• You can buy coin packs, gem packs, a Starter Pack, Remove Ads and Legend packs (sets of cosmetic items that are only sold this way) with real money through Google Play (or the App Store on iPhone). The store's terms and payment rules also apply.
• Prices are shown in the store before you buy and include any taxes the store collects.
• Purchases are delivered to your account once the store confirms payment.
• All sales are final, except where the law or the store's refund policy says otherwise. Refund requests go through Google Play (or Apple). If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we remove the coins, gems, items or benefits it gave, and the balance may go to zero.
• "Remove ads" removes the between-match ads. Optional rewarded videos (which you choose to watch for a reward) are still offered.
• If something you paid for didn't arrive, email us with the date and order number and we will help.

6. Ads

The Game is free and is supported by ads from Google AdMob. Rewarded videos are optional. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, but you can report an ad to us.

7. Fair play rules

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, auto-clickers, modified apps, emulators used to cheat, or any tool that gives an unfair advantage;
• exploit bugs (please report them to us instead), or interfere with the servers or other players' connection;
• create or use extra accounts to farm rewards, invite bonuses or rank;
• arrange results with other players, or deliberately lose to pass coins to another account;
• copy, reverse-engineer or resell the Game or its parts, except as the law allows;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players, including through names, emotes or reactions;
• break any law while using the Game.

If you break these rules, we may warn you, remove coins or items gained unfairly, reset progress, or suspend or ban your account, depending on how serious it is. If you think we made a mistake, email us.

8. Our content

The Game, its name, logo, artwork, sounds, code and design belong to Tikogames or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them except to play the Game for your own personal, non-commercial use.

If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you.

9. Changes to the Game and to these terms

• We regularly update the Game. Features, events, rooms and rewards may change, be added or be removed. Sometimes you will need to install an update to keep playing.
• The Game needs an internet connection for everything except practice against the computer. We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and it may be paused for maintenance.
• We may update these terms. We will change the effective date and, for important changes, tell you in the Game before they take effect. If you keep playing after that, you accept the new terms.

10. Ending your use

• You can stop playing at any time and delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete my account (details).
• We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or to protect players or the Game.
• We may stop running the Game. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice in the Game where we reasonably can. Virtual items have no cash value, so they are not refunded when the Game closes, except where the law requires.

11. Disclaimers and limits

• The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we don't give any promises (warranties) that are not written in these terms.
• As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, lost profits or lost data, or for loss of virtual items.
• As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for purchases in the Game in the 12 months before the claim.
• Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded, or our liability for anything that can't legally be limited.

12. Disputes and law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to solve the problem together; most issues can be fixed quickly. If we can't resolve it, the courts of India have jurisdiction. If you live in another country, you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts under your local consumer law.

13. General

• If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we don't enforce a rule straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours if the Game is sold or moved to another company, and these terms will continue to protect you.
• These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Game.
